DELIVERY

The transport agency will be private (ASM, Nacex, Seur, Mrw, etc.), which guarantees that our shipments will always reach customers with the maximum transport guarantees.

Shipping costs in France are €5.95 and free for orders over €100. We also ship to the rest of Europe and the shipping costs are €9.95 or €14.95 to European countries with customs clearance. In Spain and Portugal the shipping costs are €3.95 and free for orders over €89, with the exception of the Balearic Islands, where the shipping costs are €9.95. We do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla.

Delivery times are 48/72 hours (working days) from the moment the package is sent. The package preparation time before shipping is 1 to 2 days.

All our shipments include comprehensive insurance against loss, breakage or anomalies that may affect the package during transport. It is very important, when you receive the order, to check that the package is not broken, stained or opened, in which case you should not accept it. In this case, please indicate the reason on the delivery note provided by the courier and contact us to inform us and make a new shipment.

CIMARRON JEANS only offers quality, ORIGINAL products guaranteed by first-rate commercial companies. The reception of the products sent and the handling of them to prepare for shipments is done according to a strict quality procedure.

RETURNS

Right to retract

You have a maximum period of 15 days from receipt of the product or conclusion of the contract (in the case of provision of services), without penalties to exercise it. So that he can refund the total amount of the purchase, that is to say the price of the product after deducting shipping costs, if applicable. By not subjecting the exercise of the latter to any formality, by simply being able to require the consumer that the product is returned in perfect condition without limiting the use of the product (provided that it does not go beyond simple verification of the correct condition and operation thereof) to the impossibility for the consumer to return it in the exercise of his right of withdrawal.

To make this return, the customer can contact our customer service through the contact form where we will tell you how to proceed with the return. Or proceed with the return by accessing “My account”. No returns will be made if they have not been previously processed.

For the return to be accepted, the product and its packaging must be in perfect condition and retain all its accessories and original documentation.

The consumer must know that if the product is not returned in the same original packaging within the withdrawal period, it will suffer a depreciation which will be communicated at the time of return.

Original defective product

The return is guaranteed. Once we have received the defective product, we will proceed with the repair, replacement, price reduction or termination of the contract, steps which will be free of charge for the consumer and user.

The seller is responsible for any lack of conformity which appears within two years following delivery. The consumer and user must inform the seller of the lack of conformity within two months after becoming aware of it.

Product which, by mistake, does not correspond to that ordered

CIMARRON JEANS will cover the costs of collecting the wrong product and delivering the order placed.

Product to give as a gift

The product can be exchanged as long as it has not been opened and is in perfect condition. The purchase amount will never be refunded if the request is processed after the 15 days provided for the return of the products, but you can make the change for an item of the same amount or higher. Shipping costs and price difference, if any, are the responsibility of the person making the change.

Error in purchasing a product

The return is guaranteed. As soon as we receive the wrong product, we proceed to send the correct product. Return costs and price difference, if applicable, are the responsibility of the person making the change.
