How do I place an order on the site?

To place an order on our Cimarron Jeans website, you must create an account. You can create an account before or at the beginning of the ordering process. To place an order, simply place the items in your shopping cart by clicking on the "Add to cart" button. Once in your basket, you can place an order by following the different steps of the order process (address, delivery, payment...). By validating your order, you validate and accept the General Terms and Conditions of Sale of our site.

How can I track my orders?

In your account area, click on "Order history and details". You can then access the list of your orders. Go to the line of the order you want to track and click on "Order details" in the "Order details" column. You will find below the details of your order and the tracking number to check with the carrier.

In addition, the tracking link will be sent to you by e-mail as soon as the order is shipped, and the shipping company will send you an SMS informing you of the tracking procedure.

How do I use my discount codes?

If you have been informed that a discount code has been made available to you in your customer account, please follow the steps below:

1° Go to your customer account, "Discount coupons" tab.

2° Copy your code and paste it into your shopping cart the next time you shop at Cimarron.

The codes must be entered in the shopping cart in the "promotional code" box provided for this purpose.

3° The amount of your promotional code will be deducted from the total amount of products purchased.

Please note:

Your discount codes can only be used by you, and are linked to your customer account. Your credit is valid only once. If you return the product, it will not be "reactivated".

What are the delivery times?

Delivery times are 48/72 hours (working days) from the time the parcel is sent. Preparation time for shipment is 1 to 2 days.

These lead times may be subject to unforeseen circumstances (bad weather, technical problems, etc.) beyond the control of cimarron Jeans.

Cimarron Jeans ships its products to the following European countries:

- France, Germany and Belgium: for home delivery, the price is €5.95. For orders over €100, delivery is free.

- Spain: Shipping is €3.95 and free for orders over €89, with the exception of the Balearic Islands, where shipping is €9.95. We do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla.

- Portugal: Postage is €3.95 and free for orders over €89.

What can I do if I'm absent on the day of the birth?

If you are absent on the day of delivery, the deliveryman will call you to arrange a second delivery or inform you of the collection point where your parcel has been dropped off. In the event of undue delay, you can contact our customer service department, who will give you the number corresponding to your order. You can then track the delivery of your parcel on the official website of the shipping company responsible for your order. The shipping company will vary according to the one you chose when placing your order, and will appear in the order confirmation e-mail. Yes, when you place an order, in the "Addresses" step, you can add a different delivery address by unchecking the "Use same address for billing" box. You can also modify your addresses in "My account" by clicking on "My addresses" to select a delivery address and add a different billing address.

What do I do if the courier loses my order or it isn't delivered?

If there is a problem with the delivery: - The loss of your package... - The non-delivery of your order, even if the tracking number indicates that the order has been delivered. The procedure will be different: 1° If your package was delivered against a signature: contact our customer service department via the contact form below to file a complaint.

2° Si votre colis est livré sans signature : vous devez contacter à l'entreprise de transport afin d'introduire une réclamation auprès de leur service. En effet, le service clientèle de Cimarron Jeans ne pourra pas intervenir pour déposer une plainte en votre nom.

Une fois que l'entreprise de transport aura terminé son enquête sur votre plainte, un courriel vous sera envoyé pour vous en informer :

- que votre commande sera compensée parce qu'il a été reconnu qu'il y avait un problème lors de la livraison.

- que l'enquête montre que votre commande a bien été livrée à l'adresse indiquée.

I want to return my order. What should I do?

Return conditions You may return items within 15 days of receiving your order. In order for us to accept the return, all items must be new and unused and accompanied by the original receipt. If you wish to return an item sent by CIMARRON JEANS, these returns are carried out exclusively by one of our partner transport companies and we will contact them so that they can come to your address to collect the return parcel. How do I make my return?

1. Go to the "Order history and details" section of your account. Select "Make a return" in the order line of the item you wish to return. 2. Select the product you wish to return by checking the box next to "Reference". 3. Add the quantity to be returned (only if more than one unit of this product is to be returned). 4. (Optional) Add an explanation, so that the store team can better understand why you want to return this product. 5. Click on "Confirm return".

Once you have completed these steps, you will receive confirmation from us in the form of a PDF, which you should print out and enclose with your return package. This PDF can also be found in the "Returns" section of your account. You can download it by clicking on "Print" in the "Returns form" section. The product must be returned in its original packaging. If the product is damaged, we will not be able to accept the return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If all policies are met, our returns department will process your return and you will receive a full refund for the product, excluding shipping costs, in the original form of payment, within 10 days of purchase. Please note that if you make an online return on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday, we will not be able to process the collection of your package until Monday of the following week.If your product has a manufacturing defect, we invite you to complete our returns procedure by selecting the reason for return as "defective product". We also invite you to contact us via our form to send us a photo of the damaged product, so that we can resolve this small problem as quickly as possible.

Refunds

How do I get a refund after a return?

How long does it take to get my money back?
